1. Before Shipment:
(i) Customers may request to cancel their order within 24 hours of placing the order or before it has been shipped, whichever is earlier.

2. After Shipment:
(i) Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.
(ii) In such cases, customers may choose to refuse delivery at the time of arrival. Once we receive the returned package, a refund (excluding shipping charges) will be initiated after inspection.
3. Special/Custom Orders:
(i) Customized or specially-made items cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed, as these are prepared exclusively for you.
